We start by blending frozen fruits and purees, vegetables, and a restrained amount of our simple syrup to delicately sweeten our smoothies. The blends are portioned and frozen ready to add to juice, water, milk or almond milk to make a smoothie without adding extra ice to water them down. It's how we used to make smoothies at home from our garden before we started Dulce! Of course, with so many flavors of gelato and sorbetto in the stores, we had to make milk shakes. It's that simple. Choose any gelato from our display case and we blend it with milk to make a shake (16 oz cup).
