Same-Day Cupcakes Frosted to Order at our Ashland  Bakery

Cupcakes go stale easily, so we typically frost them to order.  The good news is that our scratch-made cakes and cupcakes are designed to be frozen before serving, and we always keep a large quantity of our basic cupcake flavors and frosting ready to finish on demand, though we do need extra time  We are focused on the flavor and texture experience over all else.  We’re in the business of wowing your taste buds rather than creating the perfect “Instagram-able cake.”  Real ingredients instead of box mixes, and real buttercream, ganache, and cream cheese frostings.  Our cakes have slowly evolved over the last five years to be rich, dense, moist, and full of flavor.  Ingredients like butter, premium chocolate, and freshly shredded carrots make a huge difference in flavor and mouthfeel.  Attention to detail in weighing, mixing, and baking all unite to make delicious cakes and cupcakes.
