Strawberry Cheesecake with Fresh Strawberries

A traditional baked cheesecake, with lots of  cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs....then just enough sugar.  Topped with our freshly whipped cream and sliced strawberries tossed with a bit of lemon and sugar to extract the juices.
