Spinach & Feta Pie, 14 oz (Vegetarian)

Very much a Spanakopita in our buttery crust instead of phyllo dough.  We squeeze the excess water out of blanched spinach before blending it with green onion, egg, imported feta (with sheep's milk for tanginess), cream cheese, and asiago cheese.  Delicious and satisfying.  This is a deep dish pie with a top and bottom crust, and comes frozen, ready to bake.
