Shepherd's pie

We brown ground beef and season with onion, garlic, and tomato paste before adding carrots, peas, and corn.  Topped with creamy, buttery mashed potatoes and a touch of parmesan and Romano cheese.  Fully cooked and frozen.  Reheat and brown topping in oven at home.
