Grain & Seed Bread


A hearty white bread made with unbleached white wheat flour, whole wheat flour, and rye flour.  Extra flavor and texture provided by pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, and cracked wheat.   Weight is 1.75 lbs before baking.

Note: This is Jules favorite go-to bread for lunch, whether it's with cream cheese & tart cherry jam,  muhummara sauce and blackened chicken, or even open face with tzatziki and Shawarma instead of pita bread.

Ready for pickup in Ashland on Saturday after 9 AM.
  • Baked Saturday Mornings in Ashland

    Our breads are currently baked late Friday night to be fresh on Saturday mornings at our Ashland bakery.  We accept pre-orders for pickup in our Ashland store on Saturday morning.  Orders can be taken to Framingham for Saturday evening or Sunday morning pickup.
