Chunky Tomato Cheese Lasagna (vegetarian)

Thick handmade sheets of egg-and-semolina pasta, a cheese filling with ricotta impastata for smooth texture, and our own sauce of crushed tomato with diced tomatoes and onion.  Our lasagna has concentrated flavors and textures with minimal water, but water can be added if you prefer a softer lasagna.
