Chocolate Pecan

Imagine our buttery, high nut content pecan pie with luxurious dark chocolate chips from France thrown right on the shell to melt into the filling.  Heavenly. Nearly half a pound of pecans and ¼ pound of premium dark chocolate goes into each 9” all-butter crust pie.  Our pies are baked on a hot stone-floor oven to crisp up the crust.
