Beef Lasagna

Thick handmade sheets of egg-and-semolina pasta, a cheese filling with ricotta impastata for smooth texture, and our own sauce of crushed tomato and ground beef.  Our lasagna has concentrated flavors and textures with minimal water, but water can be added if you prefer a softer lasagna.
