Our most popular cookie!  Traditional South American cookie.  Crumbly cornstarch-rich shortbread with a touch of lemon zest, then filled with thick, dark Argentinean style Dulce de Leche (soft spreadable caramel).  The finished cookie sandwich is rolled in dessicated coconunt. Our alfajores weigh in heavier than many of our competitors, boasting larger cookies and an extra-thick layer of dulce de leche for ultimate satisfaction.
