The key to a great gyro is a real Greek-Yogurt Tzatzki sauce with cucumber, garlic, lemon, and dill. It's a perfect cooling flavor to bind together the zesty lamb & beef shwarma or the Meditteranean style chicken breast marinated in garlic, lemon, olive oil, and yogurt. As one of our helpers said at the Ashland Farmers Market: "It was so good I just didn't want it to end."

Our house-baked egg patties are gaining a bit of a following. 1.5 large eggs per serving, lightened with a touch of cream and gently seasoned. Fixed to your croissant, focaccia, or brioche with flavorful extra-sharp cheddar cheese, and optionally topped with a hearty sausage patty or thick slice of Artisan-smoked bacon from New Hampshire. I asked one of our employees who had worked at a fast-food breakfast place if this breakfast sandwich was worth the higher price and received a "Um, this one is actually real food, and lots of it."
