Raspberry

You might find raspberry pie everywhere, but Jules grew up with a small raspberry farm and just cant get enough raspberries.  They may be more expensive than other fruit, but the intense flavor is hard to beat!  Over 1 and half pounds of filling goes into each 9” all-butter crust pie.  Our pies are baked on a hot stone-floor oven to crisp up the crust.
